Wage £17-£19 per hour

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Humble Grape Battersea.

The Role

This is a hands-on position in a vibrant bar/restaurant/shop setting. To excel in this role, you will need:

• The ability to understand guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Strong skills and character to thrive under pressure while delivering top-quality service to even the most demanding guests.
• The capability to handle complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Passion for service excellence.
• A love and knowledge of wine; WSET qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong hosting and communication skills with respect and humor for both customers and colleagues.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent grooming and presentation.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
