A leading hospitality establishment is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to add to our team as a Waiter. Become the welcoming face of our restaurant and create memorable dining experiences for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while offering recommendations and guidance on menu selections.
• Serve food and drinks proficiently, adhering to established service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest queries and complaints with a positive attitude and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A proactive and engaging personality.
• We are looking for a full-time team member, ideally, or at least someone who can commit to a minimum of four days per week.
