Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate on the creation of menus that celebrate seasonal ingredients and global inspiration.
- Sustainability Focus: Implement zero-waste and nose-to-tail cooking principles, utilising sustainable and organic ingredients.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards, share knowledge, and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Hands-On Approach: Be ready to take an active role in all aspects of kitchen operations, from prep to service.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of your venue while contributing your expertise across the board.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Sous Chef role or similar.
- A passion for creating high-quality, seasonal dishes.
- A strong commitment to sustainable, zero-waste practices.
- A team player with an open-minded, collaborative approach.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
