Now, we’re looking for a Floating Sous Chef to join our team, working across both our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Junior Sous ready to step up).
Confidence leading a team in the Head Chef’s absence and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
A passion for seasonal, high-quality cooking with a creative edge.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a collaborative, hands-on attitude.
Flexibility and willingness to work across both our London Bridge and Farringdon branches.
