Our kitchen philosophy is simple: everything is made in-house using premium, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by South Africa’s rich culinary traditions and modern influences, we create dishes that are bold, memorable, and full of character.
We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working across one of our existing London Bridge or Farringdon restaurants. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and strengthening consistency as we prepare for an exciting new opening in Central London.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Confidence in leading a kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence
A passion for seasonal, high-quality cooking with a creative edge
Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach
Flexibility and willingness to support operations within one of our City sites
