We are now looking for a Floating Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis, working across both of our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants. This role plays a key part in maintaining standards, supporting smooth service across both sites, and helping us prepare for continued growth and future openings.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume kitchen
Confidence working across different sections and supporting multiple teams
Strong consistency, organisation, and attention to detail under pressure
A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and bold flavours
A flexible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to work across both London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants
